I believe this criticism could be justified because financial managers and executive officers believe they have more control tab allotted. The large salary packages worth millions of dollars add to their social belief that they must live a certain lifestyle. To it is being very egotistic. My mother has experienced many time managers and corporate officers who are withdrawing handsome money from company but their attitudes towards company are super poor, and their decisions are never fruitful for organization in long term prospective, but all offers are not like that. Several times she’s experienced in her 25 years professional life that many corporate officers and financial managers have been practiced many unethical behaviors in their professional decision making and while living their professional life. Companies are offering very large salaries and lucrative severance packages worth millions of dollars as per the company brand value, financial positions, rules, and regulation. Business is spending a great deal amount of money for their lavish lifestyles but expecting much to achieve their vision and making business stable. Managers are avoiding their overall duties and responsibilities and enjoying the lavish offering by the companies and in the case of challenges and difficulties switch their existing companies.
